Attack Score Calculator: Compare Two Rolls
Compare two GrimKeep attack scores from resolved Dice Points, Combo Points and Mult, and count the known Armored Defense bonus without guessing trigger order.
FAQ
What should I enter?
Can it calculate poison or enemy damage taken?
Which attack gives the larger displayed score?
Enter the resolved numbers for both attacks, then compare their totals. The initial values illustrate how two pairs can outscore a straight with a different Mult. Replace all six fields with your own preview values; neither the starting comparison nor the larger score guarantees the safer or winning play.
Enter the resolved values shown for each attack. This compares (Dice Points + Combo Points) × Mult; it is not an enemy-damage simulator.

These are transparent arithmetic examples, not recordings of a tested game build. Dice Points are kept fixed to isolate the displayed bonuses.
Count the known Armored bonus
The official description gives +5 Defense per activation. Enter actual activations, not simply the dice in your bag. Other defense, item multipliers and enemy damage are not simulated.
Additional Defense before other effects:
Enter a whole number from 0 to 1,000,000 in every field. Blank, negative and fractional inputs are not supported.
How do you use the result in a real decision?
Use the result to answer the arithmetic question first, then check what the choice costs. A higher score may consume a scarce reroll, leave less defense or spend health. The tool does not make those choices for you and cannot confirm interactions that have not been reproduced for your game version.
- Read the three named fields from the same attack preview.
- Record an alternative before committing, where the interface allows it.
- Enter both sets of resolved values. The output updates when you edit a field.
- If a value is blank, negative, fractional or above 1,000,000, the tool clears the output and asks for supported input.
- Check defense and sacrifice and your hero’s resource rule before acting: The Beast spends health on extra rerolls; The Huntress can keep unused rerolls between attacks.
What does the Armored counter leave out?
The counter multiplies actual Armored activations by the official +5 Defense value. It leaves other sources of Defense and subsequent effects out of the result. It therefore helps check one known contribution without pretending to know the full calculation or the health loss from an enemy’s next action.
For example, three actual activations contribute 15 Defense before other effects. Three Armored dice sitting in a bag do not prove three activations. For the reasoning behind these boundaries, read the formula and worked examples and dice types.
Can you use it without an account or JavaScript?
No account is required, and the calculation runs locally in your browser. The form requires JavaScript for interactive results. Without it, use the visible formula: add Dice Points to Combo Points, then multiply by Mult. The worked comparisons remain readable, and no game login or save file is requested.
The source rules were checked on November 4, 2026 against the official combo reference and dice reference. Consult the version history when applying demo-era advice after release. The tool’s arithmetic has automated example and invalid-input tests; this does not constitute a complete gameplay test.
